It also provides more flexibility in the transference of defense articles to Israel from the U.S. and the prohibition of funds to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).

The bill includes sanctions on ports and refineries that receive and process Iranian oil. Giving TikTok's ByteDance, a Chinese parent company, nine months to sell the social media company, or it will be banned from U.S. app stores.
