On April 20, 2024, the House of Representatives passed over $90 billion in military aid bills.

Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act (H.R. 8034):

The $26.38 bill includes support for Israel in its effort to defend itself against enemy forces and to reimburse U.S. military operations in response to recent attacks. Israel uses the Foreign Military Financing Program to acquire advanced weapons systems, defense articles, and defense services—enhancement for producing and developing artillery and critical munitions—funding to replenish Iron Dome and missile defense systems. It also provides more flexibility in the transference of defense articles to Israel from the U.S. and the prohibition of funds to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).

Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act (H.R. 8035):

The $60.84 bill provides funding to replenish defense articles and services to Ukraine, including acquiring advanced weapons systems. The bill also continues oversight and accountability for aid and equipment supplied to Ukraine. Partners and allies are to pay their fair share through cost-matching requirements with a mandate agreement on repayment for economic support by the government of Ukraine.

Indo-Pacific Security Supplemental Appropriations Act (H.R. 8036):

The $8.12 billion bill includes a foreign military financing program for Taiwan and other key allies and security partners in the Indo-Pacific to confront Chinese aggression. It would also enhance the production and development of artillery and critical munitions and strengthen U.S. military capabilities in the region.

21st Century Peace through Strength Act (H.R. 8038):

The bill includes sanctions on ports and refineries that receive and process Iranian oil. U.S. goods and technology sold to Iran have further restrictions—a seizer and transfer of frozen Russian assets held in the U.S. to Ukraine. Giving TikTok's ByteDance, a Chinese parent company, nine months to sell the social media company, or it will be banned from U.S. app stores.
