THE "NO KINGS" RALLY FOR

ALEXANDRIA VIRGINIA: JUNE 14, 2025

3PM CITY HALL

NKAVA

The “No Kings” rally in Alexandria, Virginia, is part of a nationwide day of protest scheduled for Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Market Square, located in front of City Hall (300 King Street, Alexandria, VA). Organized by the 50501 Movement in partnership with groups such as Indivisible and the Women’s March, this peaceful demonstration aims to push back against what organizers view as an authoritarian overreach by Donald Trump. The rally coincides with both Flag Day and Trump’s 79th birthday, serving as a grassroots counter to his military parade in Washington, D.C. The "No Kings in Alexandria Rally" on June 14th is being hosted by the Alexandria Democratic Committee, Indivisible, and Do Something NCR.

The Alexandria event will feature speeches from prominent local leaders, including Congressman Don Beyer, Virginia House Majority Leader Charniele Herring, State Senator Adam Ebbin, and Commonwealth’s Attorney Bryan Porter, with Alexandria’s mayor also expected to speak. Attendees will participate in sign-waving, marching, and patriotic displays such as waving U.S. flags. The rally emphasizes nonviolence and community unity.
