Kareem Dennis, professionally known as Lowkey, is
a British-Iraqi rapper and activist born on May 23, 1986, in London, England.
Lowkey began his musical journey at 12, releasing a series of mixtapes that
garnered early attention. His debut album,
Dear Listener,
was released in 2008, followed by
Soundtrack to the Struggle
in 2011. After a brief hiatus to focus on his studies, he returned with
Soundtrack to the Struggle 2
in 2019 and Soundtrack to the
Struggle 3 in 2024. Lowkey has
seamlessly blended his musical talents with political activism throughout his
career, particularly advocating for Palestinian rights.
"Palestine Will Never Die"
Released in November 2023,
"Palestine Will Never Die"
is a poignant collaboration between Lowkey and vocalist Mai Khalil. The track
